Western Alliance Bank is seeking a Senior Lockbox Processor (Part-time) at the Las Vegas operations center to support month-end processing and ensure accurate posting of electronic and paper payments. The role emphasizes customer service and timely, precise data handling.

The position requires 1+ year in branch banking operations, a high school diploma, and solid data-entry skills including 10-key by touch.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related experience in Branch Banking Operations or similar field.
• High school diploma required.
• Knowledge of general banking operations, deposit operations, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
• Knowledge of regulatory and legal compliance obligations and industry standards.
• Back office receivables operation experience.
• Ability to 10 key by touch with high accuracy.
• Basic written and spoken English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Receivables Supervisor in delivering a prompt and efficient client experience.
• Assist daily workflow to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
• Sort mail, extract payments, review payments for accuracy, and scan deposits with high speed scanners.
• Meet processing deadlines and may train new employees and handle high value clients.
