Qualifications

• 1+ year of branch banking operations or similar field.
• High school diploma required.
• Basic regulatory and compliance knowledge in banking.
• Back office receivables operation experience.
• 10-key by touch with high accuracy.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Receivables Supervisor to deliver prompt client experience.
• Support daily workflow to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
• Sort mail, extract payments, review payments for accuracy, scan deposits.
• Meet processing deadlines and assist in training new employees.
