Job summary

Western Alliance Bank is seeking a Senior Lockbox Processor to support the Receivables operations in Las Vegas. You’ll perform data entry, deposit balancing, and posting of payments with high-speed scanners and efficient workflows, delivering accurate banking service.

You’ll assist in month-end processing, help train new staff, and ensure strict deadlines are met while maintaining strong customer service and professional experience for clients.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related experience in Branch Banking Operations or similar field.
• High school diploma required.
• Ability to 10 key by touch and perform alphanumeric data entry with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support Receivables operations and posting of payment information.
• Data entry, quality control and balancing/reconciliation of deposits.
• Assist in month-end processing and training of new employees.
