Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years experience in Lockbox or comparable area.
• Demonstrated ability to work in team environment.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs workflow and prioritizes tasks.
• Monitors productivity, quality, procedures and provides feedback to management.
• Knowledge of all departmental areas with ability to assist in all functions as needed.
• Oversee and assist in resolving escalated operational and customer service issues.
• Oversee training of new hires, ensuring understanding of procedures and responsibilities.
• Promote teamwork and cross-training of employees.
• Notify management of potential customer service, procedural, and risk issues.
• Identify and implement work efficiencies through process improvement techniques.
• Perform Lockbox Support functions as needed within Lockbox processing group including CPR, logging items, and processing batches.
• Demonstrates mastery of all area equipment.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
