Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, plus specialized training, trade school, or a two year degree.
• One to two years general experience, plus one to two years of specialized training/experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform lockbox tasks: sort, open, and distribute incoming mail from various post office boxes.
• Process and balance incoming mail items, including lockbox deposits and payments.
• Scan checks and documents; prepare scanned mail and lockbox paper items for retention.
• Maintain customer access to websites for historical data and reports.
• Act as primary contact for lockbox customers and for equipment/vendors; assist with questions regarding payments and accounts receivable.
