Job summary

U.S. Bank in California seeks a Lockbox Operations Manager to direct the department’s day-to-day activities and ensure quality service for internal and external customers. You will lead high-performing teams, set goals, provide feedback, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

The role manages 12 direct reports, improves operational systems, and supports multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Hours are Sun-Thursday 6am-2:30pm.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of operational functions, systems, procedures, products and/or services.
• Understanding of applicable Federal and State laws and regulations.
• Thorough knowledge of products, programs, financial analysis and related documentation.
• Good organizational, managerial and project management skills.
• Well-developed customer relations skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent supervisory and management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong people leader skills.

Responsibilities

• Directly and through staff, manages and coordinates the operational activities for the Lockbox department.
• Ensures quality service and effective operations support for all customers.
• Leads high performance teams by setting goals, feedback, and accountability.
• Oversees 12 direct reports and adherence to corporate policies and procedures.
• Participates in review and improvement of operations systems and procedures.
