The successful candidate will schedule staff, monitor performance, and train new personnel while coordinating with senior staff to meet contractual standards in a fast-paced office environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a financial payment processing environment.
• Strong spoken and written communication skills.
• Understanding of computer systems and department workflow.

• Accuracy with record keeping and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of Lockbox Clerical Worker.
• Prepare work schedules to optimize workflow based on production logs.
• Monitor accuracy and productivity in line with contract requirements.
• Coordinate and control the flow of correspondence.
• Study and standardize procedures to improve efficiency.
• Check processed work for accuracy via batch controls.
• Ensure payments are secured in the Lockbox and currency is safely stored.
• Participate in training of new staff.
• Cover duties of supervisor in their absence.
