Job summary

Fulton Bank is seeking a Lockbox Team Leader for our Administrative Services Center in East Petersburg, PA. This full-time, onsite role coordinates daily Lockbox operations, supports the Supervisor, and ensures timely processing of customer accounts and checks.

You will train staff, manage workflow, troubleshoot lockbox software/equipment, and act as a technical resource with vendors. Banking operations and supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of banking operations experience, preferably in high-volume payment processing.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate morning preparation duties, QA inbound mail, and coordinate Post Office pickups.
• Train staff on lockbox processes and provide ongoing support to customers.
• Provide subject matter expertise on lockbox applications and troubleshoot equipment and software.
• Assist with payroll data entry in Supervisor's absence and perform month-end reconciliations.
