Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Typically five or more years of relevant experience.
• Thorough knowledge of operational functions, systems, procedures, various products and/or services supported by the assigned area(s).

Responsibilities

• Lead one of our largest lockbox operations and oversee a team of managers.
• Ensure critical production deadlines are met within a 24-hour service commitment.
• Partner with leaders across the business to improve processes and drive efficiency.
