Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of onsite supervisory/leadership experience.
• Background in employee engagement, training, and ongoing coaching.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadline‑driven tasks.
• Proficient with MS Office and internal systems.
• Strong decision‑making, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse groups and levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily workflow for assigned processing workgroups
• Manage a team of full‑time and part‑time frontline associates
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships using service‑improvement tools
• Maintain direct ownership of remittance processing productivity and quality
• Allocate work efficiently to maximize throughput
• Monitor shift performance, elevate delays, and resolve processing issues
• Coach and develop Team Leads and Operations team members
• Foster a highly engaged, teamwork‑driven environment
• Ensure strict adherence to customer guidelines, bank policies, audit, and security standards
• Conduct regular performance feedback and counseling with associates
• Adapt effectively to changing business needs and priorities
