Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process payments, checks, and remittance documents.
• Perform high-volume data entry, including keying and 10‑key functions.
• Scan, image, and archive checks and documents.
• Sort and distribute mail.
• Rotate and support multiple functional areas within the department.
• Work in multiple operational systems.
• Research and resolve processing exceptions.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards in a fast-paced environment.
