Qualifications

• One to two years general experience plus one to two years of specialized training/experience.

Responsibilities

• Sort, open, and distribute incoming mail from various Post Office boxes.
• Process lockbox payments and deposits; balance and report items.
• Scan checks and related documentation; prepare items for retention.
• Create and maintain customer access to websites for data and reports.
• Act as primary contact for lockbox customers and vendors.
• Assist with opening and closing lockbox accounts.
• Assist with monthly production tracking logs for billing and productivity.
