Job summary

Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling is seeking a Manager of Operations to lead field teams, supervise technicians, and coordinate dispatch to ensure excellent customer experiences from start to finish.

You will collaborate with the general manager on budgets, monitor performance through reports, and drive continuous improvement across maintenance, service, and indoor air quality departments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience preferred.
• Strong supervisory experience, communication and computer skills required.
• Working knowledge of plumbing and HVAC is required.

Responsibilities

• Manages and develops staff, including hiring, terminating, and disciplining employees, scheduling, evaluating performance, and directing work to ensure effective operations.
• Coordinate maintenance, service, and indoor air quality departments to improve efficiency using reports.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with general manager on budgets.
• Generate reports and track inventory, tools, and vehicles.
