Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling is seeking a Manager to lead service and maintenance teams in Noblesville, IN. You will support technicians, coordinate dispatch, and ensure customers have a positive experience from start to finish. Strong leadership, planning, and a hands-on approach are essential.

The role requires 3+ years of management, knowledge of plumbing and HVAC, and a valid driver's license. You will drive operational efficiency, manage budgets with the GM, and mentor staff to

• Must have 3+ years of management experience.
• Strong supervisory experience, communication and computer skills.
• A working knowledge of plumbing and HVAC is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Willingness to work after regular business hours as needed.

• Manages and develops the staff, including hiring, terminating, and disciplining employees; scheduling, evaluating performance, and directing work assignments to ensure effective operations.
• Coordinate activities of maintenance, service, and indoor air quality departments to improve efficiency; monitor field performance with reports.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the general manager on creating and managing the budget; generate reports on departmental operations, inventory, tools, and vehicles.
• Instruct crews on proper use of materials and quality workmanship; review payroll records to ensure proper pay.
• Communicate with dispatchers to assign appropriate technicians; evaluate staff to determine training needs.
