Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university.
• Four years related managerial experience and/or training; or equivalent.
• Prior experience in building materials industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversees total location operations including sales (professional and retail), operations, production, delivery, purchasing and inventory control.
• Manages daily location operations and reports from the Online system.
• Develops and implements inventory control programs to meet location inventory levels and turns.
• Recruits, hires and trains staff; establishes staffing measures to reduce turnover and increase profits.
• Motivates employees, maintains productivity, and sets performance objectives.
• Recommends capital improvements and maintains equipment; manages maintenance programs.
