Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and four years of related managerial experience required.
• Experience leading a team and managing staffing, budgets, and inventory.
• Prior experience in building materials industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall sales (professional and retail), operations, production, delivery, purchasing, and inventory for the location.
• Direct daily operations and use reports from the Online system to drive performance.
• Develop and implement inventory control programs to meet targets and turns.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop staff; establish labor objectives and performance metrics.
• Motivate and lead staff; review wage increases and set strategic goals.
• Recommend capital improvements and maintain cost-efficient equipment and facilities.
• Support safety initiatives to ensure OSHA/DOT compliance and policy adherence.
• Manage budgeting, standard costs, and financial performance of the location.
