Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent business-related degree
• Four years of managerial experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in building materials industry preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall sales (professional and retail), operations, production, delivery, purchasing, and inventory control of the location (Bennett, CO).
• Direct daily operations and utilize the Online system for reporting and optimization.
• Develop and implement inventory control programs to meet turnover goals.
• Involved in recruiting, hiring, and training; establish staffing measures to reduce turnover and boost profits.
• Motivate staff, supervise wage decisions, set objectives, and measure performance.
• Recommend capital improvements and cost-effective maintenance programs; monitor equipment replacement needs.
• Support safety initiatives to ensure OSHA/DOT compliance and enforce policies and procedures.
• Communicate with employees and management to foster a healthy work environment and resolve issues.
• Manage budget accountability, standard costs, operating budgets, and inventory levels; identify ways to improve financial performance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
