Job summary

Qualifications

• Four years related managerial experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have prior experience in building materials industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the overall sales (professional and retail), operations, production, delivery, purchasing, and inventory control of the location.
• Manages daily operations and reports from the Online system.
• Develops and implements inventory control programs to meet location inventory levels and turns.
• Leads recruiting, hiring, and training; reduces turnover and increases profits.
• Reviews wage/salary increases and sets objectives and performance measures.
