Responsibilities

• Oversees overall sales, operations, production, delivery, purchasing, and inventory control of the location.
• Develops and implements inventory control programs to meet location inventory levels and turns.
• Involved in the recruiting, hiring, and training process to reduce employee turnover and increase profits.
• Supports and reinforces safety initiatives to ensure OSHA and DOT compliance.
• Manages budget accountability and reporting pertaining to financial goals.
