Job summary

APR Supply Co. in Wheeling, WV is seeking a hands-on leader to manage the day-to-day operations of the location, including distribution, customer service, staff scheduling and inventory control to ensure efficient execution of processes.

You will provide supervision to branch employees, foster a positive work environment, drive performance metrics, strengthen customer relationships, and collaborate with regional leaders to implement growth strategies.

Qualifications

• High School or better required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the location including distribution, customer service/sales, staff scheduling and inventory control.
• Provide leadership for branch employees creating a positive work environment and opportunities for training and development.
• Monitor branch performance metrics and KPIs such as sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand needs and foster loyalty.
• Ensure customer complaints are resolved and the branch maintains a positive reputation.
• Assess local market conditions and identify opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Collaborate with Regional Branch Leader to develop and execute growth plans.
• Partner with inside/outside sales to implement sales strategies.
• Use CRM to monitor customer activities in collaboration with sales teams.
• Stay updated on products and market developments to inform strategy.
• Ensure health and safety policies are followed.
