PGW New Branding is seeking a dedicated operations leader to oversee daily branch activities, ensuring safe, efficient and profitable performance. You will drive customer satisfaction, safety, Lean/5S adherence, and maintain inventory accuracy while supporting Sales with a market-driven strategy.

You will recruit and coach staff, monitor labor productivity and costs, and maintain compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations and supervision.
• Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma principles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations to ensure safe and profitable performance.
• Drive customer satisfaction and safe operating practices.
• Implement Lean/5S and housekeeping standards to optimize workflow and reduce waste.
• Manage inventory accuracy and collaborate with Supply Chain on branch stock.
• Recruit, train, coach and develop warehouse staff; monitor labor costs and overtime.
• Coordinate with Sales to support market strategy and meet revenue targets (>$2.2M).
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and procedures.
