Job summary

Adecco Group in Charleston, WV is seeking a Branch Manager to lead our local staffing operation, grow client accounts, and deliver top-quality service to candidates and clients.

You will manage P&L, set pay/bill rates, recruit and develop a high-performing team, and drive revenue growth while maintaining compliance and service levels.

This role requires strong leadership, sales experience in staffing, and ability to build lasting relationships with HR and operations partners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with increased responsibilities.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present to groups.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts; establish plans to expand existing and new client relationships.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met; maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Manage branch P&L, budget, cost control, and revenue forecasts.
• Lead recruitment, training, and development of branch team; coach recruiters.
• Set pay and bill rates by skill category and negotiate terms with clients.
• Conduct monthly/quarterly business reviews with leadership; monitor KPIs and performance.
