Job summary

Worldpac is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to assist the Branch Operations Manager and Assistant in running daily warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency. The role demands hands-on leadership, strong organization, and the ability to coordinate with management to deliver orders and manage inventory.

You will lead a team, participate in staffing, training, and budgeting activities, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement while maintaining high service levels

Qualifications

• 6 months of warehouse experience or more.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Open/close the warehouse Monday–Saturday as needed.
• Ability to perform clerical and physical tasks.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to work with others.
• Able to read/write detailed instructions and memos.
• Proficient in basic math.
• Detail-oriented with good time management.
• Willing to obtain powered equipment certification.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable MVR.
• Must read, write and speak English fluently.
• Strong multitasking ability.
• Willing to learn new skills and adapt to change.
• Demonstrates critical thinking and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Learn all functions of Branch Management including operations, staffing, training, assets, expense management and budgeting.
• Follow safety procedures and model compliance for the team.
• Support team training and development for daily work.
• Maintain a customer-service oriented approach with the team.
• Report policy violations and safety concerns to management.
• Coordinate with management to ensure orders are delivered and inventory is maintained.
• Safely deliver orders or pick up returned merchandise.
• Other duties as assigned.
