Qualifications

• 5–10 years of leadership, management, or operational experience in a fast-paced B2B environment.
• Experience in construction equipment rental, equipment sales, distribution, or related industry preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations, manage departments, and drive performance.
• Oversee P&L, budgets, revenue growth, and cost control.
• Develop local marketing, partnerships, and market share strategies.
