Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to regional branch leaders and location leaders.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of profit center managers.
• Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of 40+ branch locations with efficiency and policy compliance.
• Implement best practices in facility maintenance, operations, and inventory management.
• Drive initiatives to enhance overall operational effectiveness.
• Uphold and strengthen exceptional customer service across regions.
• Collaborate with regional leaders to implement customer-centric strategies.
• Address customer concerns and feedback to ensure satisfaction.
• Promote deep technical knowledge of plumbing, heating, and air conditioning products and assist in application and troubleshooting.
• Work with leadership to achieve financial targets and maximize profitability.
• Analyze financial reports and market trends to guide decisions.
• Implement cost-effective measures to optimize branch performance.
• Help establish annual goals and financial targets for branches.
• Monitor KPIs such as Open Orders, Returned Goods, A/R Quality, and Inventory Accuracy.
• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for all branch employees.
• Collaborate with HR to design training modules that enhance knowledge and leadership skills.
• Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets with executive leadership.
• Lead integration of acquisitions and align processes and cultures.
