Intuit is hiring year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will deliver tax preparation, provide specialist guidance, and grow the local client base while coordinating with a team of tax professionals across the Intuit ecosystem.

The role focuses on in-person and virtual service, with emphasis on customer trust, accuracy, and proactive community engagement. A strong knowledge of tax laws and client-centric service is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual returns per tax season using professional software.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping and payroll for year-round support.
• Build long-term relationships by delivering an exceptional customer experience in person and virtually.
