Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location within the United States. You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide expert tax advice, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem for end-to-end support.

You will also play a key role in growing the local client base, engaging with the community through events, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience using TurboTax software and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 1040 federal/state returns.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients (simple to complex).
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and referrals.
• Coordinate with Intuit experts to deliver end-to-end client experience.
