Job summary

Intuit Careers is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while building local relationships and driving growth in your community.

As a trusted advisor, you will connect clients with Intuit's ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services, to deliver a holistic tax solution.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training by Intuit.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00 local time.
• Willing to complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms; marketing presence expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex cases.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base and partnerships.
• Connect clients with broader Intuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping and payroll.
• Build lasting relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Engage with clients in-person and via Intuit video tools to meet their goals.
