Job summary

Intuit is hiring year‑round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will perform full‑service tax preparation, provide tax advice, and leverage Intuit resources to grow a local client base while coordinating with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and planning.

Role emphasizes in‑person and virtual client interactions, a strong customer‑focus, and a proactive community presence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, 20 hours minimum per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients across personal and business tax scenarios.
• Facilitate tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, and provide future tax planning guidance.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships with TurboTax marketing support.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services within the Intuit ecosystem.
• Deliver exceptional client experiences in person and via Intuit tools.
