Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to prepare taxes, advise clients, and grow the local TurboTax business both in‑person and online. You will work onsite at a TurboTax location with a team of tax professionals, serving clients and collaborating to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.

The role emphasizes building relationships, cross‑selling Intuit services, and providing exceptional customer service while leveraging marketing and product tools provided by the company.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll and planning services.
• Deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience in person and virtually.
• Collaborate with specialists to ensure end‑to‑end tax solutions.
