Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at one of our TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, personalized advice, and connect clients with a broader team of specialists to deliver a seamless, end-to-end TurboTax experience.

You’ll grow the local client base, build relationships, participate in community events, and support cross‑selling of bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, while maintaining professional standards

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years preparing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 20 hours/week minimum, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.
• Willing to complete training and development as required by the business.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be used in advertising.
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax expert.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete TurboTax client prep for personal and business income.
• Facilitate tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan future taxes.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, planning, and advisory services.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience with cross-team collaboration.
