Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert tax advice, and software support, linking clients with a broader team of specialists to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience.

You will grow the local client base and deliver personalized financial guidance in everyday language. Role emphasizes in-person service, community outreach, and collaboration with tax professionals.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, Monday through Friday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Must be willing to complete all required training and development as determined by the business.
• Must be willing to wear Intuit provided uniforms and be featured in advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador by growing a new local customer base and organizing events with TurboTax marketing support.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma to broaden engagement.
• Build relationships with clients to foster long-term loyalty and trust.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional, clear guidance across in-person and virtual channels.
