Intuit is hiring for TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, delivering tax preparation and advisory services to individuals and businesses.

You will collaborate with a team of specialists to provide a seamless client experience, expand the local client base, and demonstrate the full breadth of Intuit's ecosystem in tax, bookkeeping, payroll and financial planning.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA preferred with strong tax prep knowledge.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040s per tax season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Coordinate with business tax advisory, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning teams to deliver end-to-end service.
