Intuit is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, expert advice, and software support, collaborating with a broader team to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.

Your role includes growing the local client base, building relationships, and guiding clients through complex tax matters with a focus on community engagement and long-term prosperity.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA or attorney with strong tax expertise.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040s per season using tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite TurboTax office work hours 8:00–17:00, 20+ hours/week.
• Complete required training; uniform wear; name usage for advertising.
• English/Spanish bilingual skills a plus; holistic tax advisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, planning and other Intuit services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
• Build long-term relationships and trust with local community.
