Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and expert advice at a local TurboTax location. You will work closely with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end financial services to individuals and small businesses, while building a strong local client base.

You will engage in community outreach, educate clients about available Intuit services, and help customers achieve positive financial outcomes through personalized guidance and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service areas with training.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax office, 20 hours/week minimum.
• Commitment to training and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax prep for TurboTax clients across personal and business scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships; be the local TurboTax representative.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
