Job summary

Intuit Inc. in the United States seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide in-person and virtual tax services at local TurboTax locations. You will perform full-service tax return preparation and offer expert tax advice while connecting clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory resources.

You will build your local client base, participate in community events, and work with marketing to drive growth, with on-site hours of 20+ per week during peak season.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services with training provided by Intuit.
• Must reside in the United States and be able to work onsite at TurboTax office locations.
• Must be comfortable working onsite 20+ hours per week during peak tax season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximise refunds.
• Grow local client base through outreach, grass-roots marketing, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services within the Intuit ecosystem.
• Deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience through cross-team collaboration.
