Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks motivated individuals to join TurboTax as Local Service Experts, working on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will perform full-service tax preparation, offer expert guidance, and coordinate with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end solutions for clients. You will also grow the local client base, foster trust in the community, and leverage marketing tools to build a thriving TurboTax practice, while meeting 8:00 AM–5:00 PM hours and a minimum 20 hours

Qualifications

• EA or CPA or attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients across personal and business tax situations.
• Build local client base through community outreach and events with marketing support.
• Connect clients to related services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
