You will deliver hands-on tax preparation, personalized guidance, and connect clients with broader Intuit services to support their financial goals.

The role emphasizes community outreach, client relationship building, and delivering an exceptional customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.

Qualifications

• CE/EA or CPA or practicing attorney with tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season using professional tax prep software; familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business tax scenarios.
• Build and grow local client base through community outreach and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning for year-round support.
• Develop relationships through tax engagements and client meetings to understand complete financial pictures.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and clear communication.
