Intuit Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide full‑service tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while collaborating with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services. You’ll engage local communities, attract new clients, and foster long‑term relationships using TurboTax tools and marketing support.

Qualifications

• Active tax credentials (EA/CPA or attorney) preferred.
• Minimum three years of paid tax preparation experience with 30+ returns per season.
• Willingness to grow into broader Intuit services (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Build local client base through community outreach and targeted grassroots marketing.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in person and via digital channels.
