Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in a TurboTax location across the United States. This on-site role blends tax expertise with community engagement to help clients navigate their tax needs.

You will provide full‑service tax preparation, offer expert advice, and collaborate with a network of specialists to deliver end-to-end support. The role emphasizes local growth, client relationships, and outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Must have active PTIN for tax filing.
• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or practicing attorney preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax preparation experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach and referrals.
• Coordinate with in-house specialists for holistic tax advisory and services.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in person and via Intuit tools.
