Intuit Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location, serving in-person and virtual clients. You will provide tax expertise, complete returns, and connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to build a full financial picture.

Role emphasizes local community engagement, relationship building, and a customer-focused approach in a fast-paced environment with flexible hours, typically 20+ hours per week.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA/Attorney license preferred
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience (30+ returns per season) using professional software
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax compliance
• Willingness to upskill into additional services (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training provided
• Onsite work at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax clients
• Identify deductions, optimize tax outcomes, and review taxes with clients
• Collaborate with colleagues across tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach and referrals
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools
