Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join as TurboTax Local Service Experts at new U.S. locations. You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide tax advice, and support software tools for both in-person and virtual clients.

You’ll collaborate with specialists in business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory to deliver end-to-end service. You’ll also act as a community ambassador, grow the local client base, and participate in marketing efforts to expand Intuit’s

Formación

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, 20+ hours/week.
• Training and development requirements will be enforced by the company.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and participate in advertising materials.
• English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base and lead outreach events.
• Connect clients to complementary Intuit services such as bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Build relationships to turn transactions into long-term client partnerships.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience across in-person and virtual channels.
