Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location, delivering hands-on tax expertise and end-to-end client service for diverse tax situations.

You will help grow the local client base, collaborate with a team of specialists, and guide clients through personal and business tax considerations with personalized support.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state individual returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, at least 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients with personal and business tax scenarios.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships to drive long-term relationships.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, Credit Karma).
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and assist clients in navigating tax challenges.
