Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support to individuals and small businesses, while growing the local client base and collaborating with a team of specialists.

You will act as a community ambassador, building relationships, delivering exceptional service, and guiding clients through complex tax scenarios with Intuit resources.

Formación

• Enrolled Agent or CPA with extensive tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, community events, and referrals.
• Coordinate with cross-functional Intuit teams (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) to deliver end-to-end service.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and empathy.
