Intuit seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location, delivering hands-on tax preparation and expert guidance. You will collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to provide end-to-end support and drive local client growth.

You will engage with the community, build relationships, and ensure a best-in-class customer experience, using Intuit tools and marketing support to expand your client base and local presence.

Qualifikationen

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, Mon-Fri, at least 20 hours per week.
• Must complete all required training and development as determined by the business.
• Must be willing to wear Intuit uniforms and participate in branding/advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex cases.
• Act as a local community ambassador and drive new client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build relationships to turn one-time transactions into long-term clients.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.
