Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking highly motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location, delivering full-service tax preparation, tailored advice, and on‑site customer support.

You will collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end client solutions. Qualifications

EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
Active PTIN required to file taxes.
Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual returns per season using professional software.
Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office for a minimum of 20 hours/week.
Must complete all training and development as required by the business.
Must wear Intuit uniforms and participate in advertising use of your name/photo.
Interest in building a local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax scenarios.
Be a proactive community ambassador to grow local client base through outreach and events.
Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
Deliver exceptional customer experience and ongoing support for year-round client needs.
