Job summary

Intuit seeks proactive TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location, handling hands-on tax preparation and advisory services for personal and business clients. You will stay in meetings with clients and collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions.

You’ll also play a key role in growing the local TurboTax client base, building relationships, and representing Intuit in the community through events and outreach, with strong emphasis on service quality

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• onsite presence 20+ hours/week and willingness to training.
• Ability to build local client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients across simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, grass-roots marketing and community partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists to offer bookkeeping, payroll and advisory services.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and address inquiries.
