Intuit seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location, providing tax preparation, expert guidance, and personalized support to clients both in person and virtually.

You will grow local client bases, collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, and deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience with a focus on community engagement.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience (30+ federal/state returns).
• Willing to work onsite, with training and upskilling opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Act as local community ambassador and build a client base.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in-person and virtually.
• Participate in local events and marketing initiatives.
