Intuit Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert teams, working onsite at a TurboTax location across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and help clients navigate personal and business tax needs while representing Intuit in the local community. Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or practicing attorney with tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Must have a PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax prep software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 20 hours/week minimum.
• Must complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms.
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tax Expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador to grow a local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Build relationships to convert transactions into long-term clients.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and video interactions.
