Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Local Service Experts at our locations across the United States. You will provide on-site tax expertise, client service, and end-to-end preparation for TurboTax clients.

You’ll work with a collaborative team of tax professionals, connect with local communities, build a client base, and leverage Intuit’s tools to deliver accurate, friendly guidance year-round.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience (1040s).
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services with training.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week.
• Must complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Build local client base through outreach and community events.
• Connect clients with integral Intuit services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and guide clients year-round.
• Engage via in-person and virtual meetings using Intuit tools.
